CreativeLens.ai is an early-stage AI startup building content review and brand governance software for marketing teams.
Marketing teams still spend a surprising amount of time manually reviewing campaigns, ads, social posts, emails, and other creative for brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and internal policies. CreativeLens lets companies upload their guidelines, turns them into review rules, and uses AI to review content before it goes live.
I'm the founder and am looking for our first dedicated GTM hire. This is a hands-on role: customer discovery, outbound, demos, partnerships, positioning, and ultimately helping us land our first customers. You'll work directly with me and will have substantial influence over both GTM and the product.
I'm specifically looking for someone who has experience in B2B SaaS sales/growth/partnerships and is comfortable operating without an established sales playbook. Experience selling to marketing teams, agencies, or marketing operations is especially relevant.
This is not a role where you'll inherit a mature pipeline or manage an existing sales team. You'll help figure out what works from scratch.
We're open to candidates worldwide as long as you can overlap meaningfully with US business hours and communicate fluently with US customers.
Compensation: competitive base + performance incentives + meaningful equity, structured based on experience and location. Open to starting with a short paid trial before committing full-time if mutually preferred.
