Present on all five continents through a network of long-standing local offices, we also rely on the high-level expertise of our central teams to offer all our clients increasingly comprehensive, innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to their development needs.

We are committed to the well-being of our employees, and together we contribute to building a better future.

Would you like to develop your professional skills in an international environment, with innovative projects and a fresh vision of the construction industry? Don’t hesitate—apply and join us!

We are currently seeking a Planner to join the construction of a large-scale luxury hotel and residential development in the Cayman Islands, currently in the preparatory works phase.

Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and optimization of the overall project schedule. You will play a key role in anticipating risks, identifying potential delays, and coordinating all project stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and manage the project's master schedule.
  • Define construction sequences and critical paths in coordination with construction, methods, and subcontractor teams.
  • Monitor actual site progress and analyze variances against the baseline schedule.
  • Identify potential schedule slippages and propose corrective actions or recovery plans.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Management Team and the client.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and challenge stakeholders on their schedule commitments.
  • Assess schedule impacts resulting from design changes, variations, or site constraints.
  • Contribute to the optimization of execution strategies and interfaces between trades.
  • Maintain a consolidated overview of key milestones and contractual project deadlines.

What if it were you?

  • You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or an equivalent field, and have at least 5 years of experience in planning complex construction projects. Experience on international hospitality, high-end residential, or luxury developments would be a strong advantage.
  • You are proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and have a solid understanding of construction methodologies and site operations.
  • You are able to analyze data, anticipate risks, and propose practical solutions.
  • You are recognized for your autonomy and your ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of French would be considered an asset.

Joining us means becoming part of an international group that offers numerous opportunities for development and mobility. It also means benefiting from a rich and diverse training offering, attractive employment conditions, and the possibility to organize your work flexibly.
