Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Service Professionals based in Jamshedpur. Service Professionals will deliver home services to customers, ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality work across assigned service categories. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to service requests, visiting customer locations, performing the required tasks safely and efficiently, and following Homelyo’s service standards and processes. The role involves clear communication with customers, managing expectations, addressing basic queries or concerns, and updating job status through the Homelyo app. Service Professionals are expected to maintain professional conduct, handle tools and equipment responsibly, and contribute to a positive, trust-focused customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and support staff.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills to understand service requirements, troubleshoot issues, and make practical decisions on-site.
• Candidates should possess professional services experience, preferably in home services or related fields.
• Ability to work on-site in Jamshedpur with a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak hours.

• Strong reliability, integrity, and attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
