UK Nominee Director (Part-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a reliable UK-based individual to serve as a Nominee Director to support company compliance requirements. This is a non-executive, non-operational position with minimal time commitment.

The initial onboarding may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month. Following this, involvement is generally limited to occasional administrative actions once or twice a year.

• Remotely sign and approve documents related to corporate matters and bank account setup.

• Assist with occasional compliance-related administrative requirements.

• Maintain availability for infrequent communication when required.

Compensation

• £100 - £125 per month
