Sales Support Manager

Role overview

Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Sales Support Manager to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the sales engine organised so the closers can sell. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting and sales data accuracy
• Prepare quotes, proposals and contract paperwork
• Coordinate the handover from sales to delivery
• Track targets and produce weekly sales reports
• Support the sales team with process and admin improvements

What you'll need

• Experience in sales support, sales operations or account administration
• Strong CRM skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
• Confident with spreadsheets and reporting
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
